At SWAS Fitness Team, we offer various programs like Martial Arts, TRX Training, Kids Fitness Training, Strength Training, Sports Training, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, and Aerobics. With a variety of programs to choose from, we can meet the needs of all ages and various lifestyles. We have a team of experienced fitness instructors who are trained to assist and teach students aged above 5 years. We cater to the needs of students with various proficiency levels including beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
