The Toy Factory at Nexus Select CITYWALK | Event | 11 Dec 2024 - 05 Jan 2025 | New Delhi | Events, Workshops & Camps

A. FOR THE CLAW MACHINE:
• Each ticket allows a maximum of 6 members from a single family to enter The Toy Factory at Nexus Select CITYWALK (“The Toy Factory”).
• Tickets must be purchased at the designated ticket counters within Nexus Select CITYWALK. A physical coupon issued at the time of ticket purchase must be presented to a representative for entry to The Toy Factory.
• Each ticket grants entry for one-time slot of 2 minutes.
• Entry to The Toy Factory is strictly based on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase.
• The ticket is valid only for the date of purchase. Tickets cannot be used on any other day.
• The Toy Factory will be operational from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on all days, subject to change based on management discretion.
• The Nexus Select CITYWALK Mall Management (“Mall Management”) reserves the full right to withdraw, alter, or continue The Toy Factory campaign without prior notice.
• The Toy Factory reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including in the event of a cancelled or rescheduled campaign.
• The Mall Management, its affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by children or adults during the visit to The Toy Factory.
 
 B. ACTIVATION TICKETING:
• Single-Use Entry: Each ticket grants access to a single 30-minute workshop slot. Ticket Holders are required to arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled slot to ensure smooth entry.
• Family Entry Limit: One ticket permits entry for a maximum of 2 Adults and 1 Kid from the same family.
• Slot Capacity: The Workshop is limited to 50 attendees per slot.
• Workshop Timing: The Workshop will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis via Taabur or on-site registration.
• Spot Registration: For dates December 23rd–25th and December 30th–31st, registration will be available only on-site, subject to availability. Customers are requested to cooperate and register in advance, if possible.
• Mandatory Safety Rules: All attendees must adhere to the mandatory safety protocols as outlined by Nexus Select CITYWALK, including but not limited to mask-wearing, social distancing, and other mall-specific safety guidelines.
• No Photography: Photography or video recording within the Workshop area is strictly prohibited. Attendees are expected to respect the privacy of others.
• No Refunds/Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or part. No cancellations or changes will be allowed once a ticket is purchased.
• Responsibility for Personal Belongings: The Nexus Select CITYWALK Mall Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while attending the Workshop. Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal items.
• General Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to the general conduct guidelines and regulations set by the mall.
