In attending the Kukdukoo Fest you (visitors and participants) are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

• All registration information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective privacy policy of Holla Digital Pvt. Ltd. Upon registering for the 2025 event you are agreeing to receive emails from Kukdukoo.
• Tickets purchased from kukdukoo.com and taabur.com guarantee entry to the event. Tickets purchased from any other sources or websites will be considered invalid.
• Tickets to the festival includes material required at Akkad, Bakkad, Bambe bo and Manch. (One entry ticket is valid for one day only). Charges for food, shopping at HAAT and DIY Zone will be extra.
• Adults accompanying the child are eligible for the sessions entry for free.
• We shall not refund for any cancellation or ‘no-shows’.
• The visitors and participants agree to be patient and cooperative at the registration and ticketing desks.
• Entry to the sessions with limited seats shall be on first-come-first-serve basis.
• All the sessions are time-bound. No access to the session shall be allowed after 10 minutes of the specified scheduled time.
• If accompanied by a child an adult shall be allowed access to attend the sessions.
• Children under 16 years should be accompanied by an adult, and the parent/guardian shall be responsible for their ward.
• You agree to abide by any decision of the organizers and event hosts regarding any aspect of your participation in this event, including theirs to suspend your participation for any reason whatsoever.
• You shall be liable to face legal consequences for uncivilized and unethical behavior at the event.
• As a visitor or a participant, you agree to allow the officially assigned photographers and videographers, to click your pictures and make videos, to be subsequently used by the organizer and the event hosts for any legitimate purpose.
• You agree to dress appropriately, considering the weather and the nature of the event.
• Pets are strictly not allowed at the event.
• The organizer and the event host shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, like weather conditions, an artist’s failure to show up at the event or failure to perform, water or power interruptions, that may occur.
• This is a family event. Stags shall not be entertained.
• Anything harmful or destructive like firearms, explosives, alcohol consumption, smoking, illegal substances, fireworks, and weapons shall not be allowed on the premises.
• The organizers and event host shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects or reactions to food/drinks consumed at the event.
• In case of any personal injury or medical emergency suffered by the visitor or the participant during the festival inside the festival premises, organisers and event host shall not be held responsible.
• Organizers and event hosts shall not be liable or held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended.
•  Kukdukoo Fest and Kukdukoo are the sole property of Holla Digital Pvt. Ltd., and can’t be copied elsewhere.

Q4. My payment has gone through, but I have not received a confirmation of my purchase. Has my registration been successful?

Q5. What are the dates and time of the Festival?
A5. 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday, 1st & 2nd February 2025

Q6. Where is the Noida edition of Kukdukoo Fest 2024 held?
A6. The venue for the Noida edition of the festival is JBM Global School, Sector 132, Noida.

Q7. Who can attend the Kukdukoo Fest?
A7. The fest is open to children aged 3 to 13 years and parents. Passes will be applicable to kids above 2 years and below 18 years.

Q8. My child is 2 and below. Do I need to purchase his ticket?
A8. If you have a single child, then one ticket is mandatory to enter the festival.

Q9. I have 2 kids. One is 3+ years old and the second one is 2 years old. He/she is just a baby? How many passes do I need to book?
A9. Our age criteria for the children is 2 to 18 years age group. Then you need to book 2 passes for both of your children to enter the festival.

Q10. My child is below 2 years old, and has an elder sibling, how many tickets do I need to purchase?
A10. You only need to purchase 1 pass for your elder child and the younger one can visit the festival free of cost.

Q11. Do I need to book parents' tickets?
A11. No, the tickets are only applicable to the children and parents tickets are free of cost.

Q12. Do both parents need to accompany the child or a single parent?
A12. Hi, Both parents (father & mother) can accompany the child free of cost. 

Q13. How many people can come with a single child?
A13. Maximum any 2 adults can come on a single child ticket.

Q14. My husband is not available, can I bring my Sister-in-law with me?
A14. Hi, Yes! You can bring your sister-in-law without any worries. (Even a Nanny, uncle, aunt, etc  can accompany the child if the parents are not available)

Q15. Can grandparents come with us?
A15. Yes, Grandparents can come along on the same ticket, you don’t have to book any separate Ticket for them.

Q16. Where do I check the schedule?
A16. You can check the schedule at www.kukdukoo.com 15 days before the festival. Don't forget to pick a schedule book from the entry gate at the festival venue.

Q17. How many artists are featured at Kukdukoo Fest?
A17. 45+ prominent authors, storytellers, renowned visual and performing artists, celebrated theatre artists, and illustrators will be present at the festival for interactive sessions, shows, and workshops.

Q18. What is included with the ticket?
A18. Entry to the festival is chargeable for kids if accompanied by parents/guardians. The ticket allows a child and up to two parents to enter all the sessions, shows, performances, and workshops happening across stages. Any products purchased from the Book Fair, stalls, and Food Court will be chargeable by the respective vendor/brand.

Q19. I have purchased the ticket but can’t find it now, what to do?
A19. We send tickets to your registered mobile number/WhatsApp and email ID. Try searching for the ticket on WhatsApp or email.

Q20. Can I cancel the pass/es?
A20. Tickets can't be cancelled. The dates of the passes can't be changed.

Q21. Can I buy passes at the venue?
A21. Yes, there will be a few passes available at the venue as well. We recommend you book passes online to avoid long queues and inconvenience.

Q22. How can I check if my registration has been successful?
A22. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS. Upon arrival at the festival, please present the code, email, or SMS at the Registration Counter to receive your Festival Access Band.

Q23. Is food available at the venue?
A23. Yes, there will be several food stalls at the Festival serving a variety of cuisines and beverages. You can buy and enjoy your meals.

Q24. Is parking available at the venue?
A24. Yes, limited parking is available at the venue on a first-come first-serve basis. We recommend using a cab or carpool service to avoid any inconvenience.
