We do not allow extensions or change in the validity period of a plan. The membership cannot be paused or transferred either. You can upgrade a monthly plan to a quarterly or a half-yearly plan by paying the difference. The difference in visits & validity are added to the existing plan.
There are no conditions or limitations. You can go any day & at any time, as long as the center is open.
It's monthly membership, you cannot pause or transfer the membership.
You do not make any payment at the center. It is not a discount card.
1 visit is typically 1 hour of play by a child. The actual duration varies per center. We request you to check the details per center including the terms & conditions.
All standard monthly & quarterly plans allow a single visit per day. You can avail additional visits per day using the Day Pass as an add-on card.

It's a free trial we extend to parents to try out & experience Taabur as a service. It's made available on weeedkays at a few select partner activity centers. It can be used once per child as it's a trial. It's subject to availability. It's is issued by select Taabur partners. The offer needs to be claimed within 7 days from the date of issue.
The payments can be made online. The card is activated immediately & can be used within 5 minutes for spot bookings. Just Buy & Go
We have a strict no refund policy, except in unforeseen and exceptional circumstances like COVID. The refund will be initiated on a pro-rata basis, depending on the card usage and time period left for expiry. Also note, it's monthly membership, you cannot pause or transfer the membership.
