At Beat Freaks Fitness N Dance Studio, we choose choreography that matches students’ skill level and allow them to have fun while learning. Our dance instructors are super-talented and experienced to take care of every little dancer’s potential.
Before starting the session, we incorporate stretching, cardio exercises, and basic movements to get their muscles warmed up and ready to dance. We teach dance moves step-by-step, breaking them down into smaller, manageable parts.
