Boxing Arena is a boxing academy for kids in Gurugram, Haryana. We welcome passionate students starting from the age of 7 years. This academy is famous for its state-of-the-art facilities and well-equipped setup.
We begin each session with a warm-up to prepare the body for physical activity. Here, our expert instructors teach kids the correct boxing techniques from the beginning with a great focus on proper stance, footwork, and basic punches such as the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut.
With the help of focus pads, mitts, or punching bags, we help kids practice their punches and combinations. Moreover, we include age-appropriate conditioning exercises in the training sessions to improve kids' strength, endurance, and agility.
