Highlights
Adult Tickets Required
A ticket is required for all adults, including nannies.
Infants Under 2 Years – Free Entry
Infants below 2 years can enter free of charge. A valid age/identity proof will be required at the venue.
Children Must Be Accompanied
Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
Kids Zone – 3-Hour Access
All activities and DIY experiences within the Kids Zone are included with the child ticket.
The Kids Zone experience is valid for 3 hours from the time of entry. After 3 hours, a new child entry ticket will be required for continued access.
Movement Between Activity Zones
Children may move between different activity zones only with their parent/guardian. Parents/guardians should remain with their children during all activities, performances and experiences.
Personal Belongings
Parents/guardians are advised to keep their personal belongings secure. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Ticket Cancellation & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
