D.L.W.Q. Martial Arts Club is a fitness academy for kids having expert instructors for different domains. We provide classes for Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wushu, Self-defense, Yoga & Meditation, Aerobics, and Zumba.
Here, we welcome students starting from the age of 4 years. The training sessions start with exercises and activities suitable for the specific age group. We do warm-up exercises including cardiovascular exercises, strength-building exercises, flexibility training, and coordination activities.
At the end of each class, we make sure to do cool-down exercises that include stretching exercises. All in all, our instructors assist children in every possible way and ensure their growth.
