Fityatu provides health and fitness classes for students aged 5 years and above. We have highly-trained fitness instructors who conduct special kids’ sessions at home (personal). We also conduct classes in societies for a group of children of a particular age group.
Fitness activities not only keep the children physically fit but also strengthens their mind. We focus on improving basic skills like core strength, power, flexibility, and stamina. By exploring physical activities, your child can boost his/her muscular health, maintain a healthy body weight, and develop healthy bones and joints.
Moreover, we don’t forget to make these activities fun for your little ones. At Fityatu, we also conduct special self-defense classes for children. These include light Taekwondo, MMA, and much more.
