The Heritage transport museum is a center of research, display, and collection of the history of Indian transport. It is a unique and rare display of art established in India. Taran Thakral is the brain behind this infrastructure and is also the managing trustee of the museum. It was established in 2013.
The museum is India's largest private museum. It shows the evolution of transportation starting from two-wheelers, automobile galleries, cars, railways, tribal art, and heavy motorized transportation. This museum has a collection of tribal art, a modern art gallery, and various historical collections.
It has been built on 3 acres of land around which 95,000 sq ft area is covered with various libraries, auditorium, seminar space, and refreshment area. There is an exhibition gallery also which has many ancient arts and other dramatic displays which makes the museum admirable.
The museum has an auditory system where you get headphones through which you can listen to all facts about the museum. Also, it provides a memorable and enjoyable experience by visiting this museum.
