Krav Maga, also known as Contact Combat, is a tactical and practical system developed in Israel in the 1940s. It teaches the ways to prevent, deal and overcome almost all kinds of violence and attacks. IUKMF provides self-defense training to interested students aged over 7 years.
At IUKMF (International Ultimate Krav Maga Federation), we train children in self-defense, combat skills, self-protection, defense fighting, and much more. We do so through a unique and interesting teaching method.
We teach the usage of all sorts of common objects for defensive purposes. Our students get to learn defense acts like punches, strikes, and kicks. We introduce them to techniques that help in releasing all kinds of grabs, holds, and chokes.
