At Maharshi Dayanand Vedic Yogashram, we provide yoga classes for kids. We teach various yoga asanas and help children develop an interest in this field. We also help children understand the importance of different yoga poses and meditation.
Initially, Maharshi Dayanand Vedic Yogashram was started to extend its dedicated developmental services for Tripura’s natives. Our major aim was to introduce yoga as an essential activity to build a better and healthy future.
Now, we have set up our yoga center in South City 1, Gurugram. We welcome interested students aged over 5 years to come and learn different forms of yoga with us. Having the best yoga teachers, we provide intensive training for a healthy body and a calm mind.
