Founded by Himanshu Bundela, My Dance and Fitness center is a place for you to shake a leg and amplify quality in terms of the various dance and fitness forms. They make fitness fun and help you achieve your fitness goals while helping potential dancers get a better perspective.
My Dance and Fitness studio was started off to use this art & help people achieve new heights with their physical restraints. Here students can tune into their desired forms and pick from options like Bollywood, Western, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Freestyle, Zumba, and more.
The training at the studio provides a strong practical and in-depth knowledge of dance forms. Kids from the early age of 2 are eligible to join the dancing crew, the idea is to form a strong foundation from a very early age.
With clearly chalked-out fitness dance regimes and dance routines, My Dance Fitness focuses on the overall physical development and improvement of the student.
