Misaki is a health and fitness center for kids and adults that welcomes fitness enthusiasts from all over. We are open to new registrations for children starting from the age of 4 years. Our programs include Yoga and Meditation, Aerobics, Zumba, Physical Exercises and Workouts, and a lot more.
At Misaki, we combine high-energy dance forms with aerobics in 45-minute intense sessions. To build stamina and strengthen the core, we offer spin workouts. Our center is spacious and well-equipped with all amenities your child may need for physical fitness.
Here, we rotate through new training every day, month on month! We track our members’ progress and use positive reinforcement to keep their spirits high and motivation up. And most importantly, our trainers are highly trained, certified, and experienced to take care of everyone’s potential and growth pattern.
