At Psyche Yoga Studio, we are open to teaching yoga to students aged over 3 years. We believe that yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees. Thus, we organize various workshops to educate people about its importance.
We start by teaching easy asanas to beginners so that students can develop an interest. Introducing yoga as a physical activity for a balance between mind and body, we encourage students to practice it every day.
