GUIDELINES

The event timings are from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets can be redeemed from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Entry to the event will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Entry to the Christmas setup is ticketed.
A wristband is compulsory for entry to the venue and for participating in all activities. In case the wristband is lost, tampered with, or removed, participation may be denied as per management's discretion.
Each ticket allows 30 minutes of experience time inside the venue.
Even if you have booked the ticket online, you must still collect wristbands from the counter to enter the event venue.
The ticket includes:
• Entry to the themed Christmas zone
• Meet & Greet with Santa (till 25th Dec only)
• Access to DIY Activities (Cookie Decoration, Bag Tag & Gingerbread House)
• Christmas Experiences (Santa Gift House, Igloo, Polar Express, Telephone/Hotline & Letter to Santa)
Ticket Prices:
• INR 549 – 1 Kid + 1 Parent (Kid above 3 years)
• INR 249 – Additional Adult (Does not include activities)
• INR 999 – Combo Deal (2 Kids + 2 Parents)
VR Sledge is a paid add-on activity priced at INR 199 per person.
DIY Activities are primarily for kids.
Santa Parade will take place on 24th & 25th December: 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM & 7:30 PM.
You may have to wait in line to enter the event. Waiting time depends entirely on the crowd at the venue.
Tickets can only be redeemed on the booked date. For example, if you book a ticket for 10th December, you must redeem it on 10th December.
Tickets, once booked, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
A ticket grants access to the event only once. Re-entry is not allowed.
Please keep your ticket coupon/wristband safely, as access to activities is only allowed with the coupon/wristband issued upon payment.
Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Late arrivals may lead to reduced experience time and will not be compensated or rescheduled.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission for safety or operational reasons.
Event operations may be affected by weather conditions. The management may pause/close activities in case of adverse weather without prior notice.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice as per management's discretion.
By entering the venue, guests agree to photos/videos being taken for promotional purposes.
