Highlights
1. The event timings are 2 PM to 8 PM. The ticket can be redeemed from 2 PM to 7:30 PM. Entry to the event will be on a first come first serve basis.
2. Activities inside the set up can only be done by kids.
3. Santa Meet and Greet is available only until 25th December 2024.
4. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
5. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

7. You might have to wait in line to enter the event

While the overall event was well organized. Couple of things which should be kept in mind. Ticket said that you get 360 minutes while we had to go out for some work for 20 mins we were told that if go out our tags will be cancelled so we had to stay back. Santa Claus who was situated was very disappointing not at all jolly seeing kids, rolling his eyes and could be easily heard asking the staff how much more time is left. Not a good experience Santa wise for the kids and forcing timing also was not a good call. While there were good amount of activities these things made me not to recommend it to people who wanted to visit. Visit: 21 Dec 2024

It was not upto mark as per fee. I think for two kids its wastage of money. Only decoration was superb for which i need not to pay. It was seriously wastage of ₹450. Now I realize that I should pay only for small kid infact usne bhi jyada maza nhi kiya. It should be for kids upto 5 years. Anyways thanks Visit: 23 Dec 2024
