The School of Self Defence Foundation offers traditional Taekwondo training. It is a Korean martial art known for its kicking techniques and powerful strikes. Children learn the movements, forms, and sparring techniques that are the core of Taekwondo. We welcome passionate students aged 3 years and over.
Here, our Taekwondo program focuses on character development. Kids are taught the importance of respect, discipline, perseverance, and humility. Through drills and exercises, we help them enhance their skills and strength.
We also provide specialized self-defense classes for kids. They can learn practical strategies to protect themselves in various real-life situations. We empower them by instilling them with self-confidence and awareness.
