Our karate course is based on traditional Sanshinkan karate, emphasizing discipline, respect, and self-control. Through the study of forms (kata), sparring, and self-defense techniques, our students develop a strong foundation in martial arts skills, as well as valuable life skills such as focus, determination, and perseverance.
