We have trained and skilled yoga practitioners who also provide professional training to students having intermediate or advanced level proficiency.
Yogashayan is a registered yoga school in Gurgaon (RYS 200) with Yoga Alliance USA. Founded in 2012, it is the only yoga studio teaching traditional yoga in Gurgaon, the birthplace of many mystics and sages. Yoga studio in DLF Phase 2 offers 200-hour Multi-style International yoga teacher training in Gurgaon, as well as daily yoga classes teaching traditional hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, and ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
