1. Event timings: 12 PM to 8 PM. Ticket redemption closes at 7:30 PM. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Each ticket allows 30 minutes of access. Entry is valid for one-time use only; re-entry is not allowed. Please collect the wristband from the venue even if the ticket was booked online.
3. Ticket prices:
- INR 349 – 1 Kid + 1 Parent
- INR 199 – Single entry (available only at the venue)
4. Tickets are valid only for the booked date and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Online bookings must be exchanged for wristbands at the counter before entry.
6. Entry may involve waiting, depending on crowd levels.
7. Kids aged 2 - 15 require a kids’ ticket; 15+ will be considered as adults. Activities are for kids only.
