The Great Indian Fitness Carnival is India’s biggest kids’ fitness carnival — a full-day celebration of sports, wellness, and fun, bringing together families, schools, and communities to make fitness an exciting part of everyday life.
Kids aged 4–16 years can participate in various games, fitness challenges, and workshops. Kids aged 6–16 years can take part in The Grind Race.
TGIFC- Gurugram is presented by Ashiana Housing, organised by FitBuds and Supported by Fit India.
The carnival has 4 parts-
a) The Grind Race: A high-energy obstacle challenge for kids that tests strength, stamina, and agility — helping them experience fitness as a sport and earn recognition for their effort.
b) Hungama Zone: The stage area, where there's excitement throughout the day with dance performances, magic show, kids rock band performance, live DJ, dance fitness and family yoga, etc.
c) Jugmag Mela: From exploring multiple sports, to trying fun obstacle challenges, to jumping on a trampoline and to indulging in yummy cuisines - you will never have a dull moment throughout the day!
d) Vichar Manch: Interact with celebrities and parenting experts, and learn about healthy lifestyle habits for kids. Experts include athletes, pediatricians, nutritionists, academicians and more. There's a plan to include a fireside chat with student representatives from different schools to talk on similar topics.
Kids and parents are free to move and explore different activities at their pace and wish. There will be multiple avenues for entertainment and learning for the entire family.
REGARDING TICKETS :
> If you buy The Grind Race (TGR) ticket, you do not need to buy The Great Indian Fitness Carnival (TGIFC) ticket; your race ticket includes full carnival entry.
> Every ticket (TGIFC or TGR) must be purchased per child. One parent/guardian may accompany the child for free.
> A maximum of 4 Adults (Parents / Guardians) per child can attend the event; entry for 1 parent is free with a kid-ticket - for all others, an extra adult ticket needs to be purchased.
> Tickets may sell out before event day. In such a case, entry will be strictly denied to anyone without a valid ticket.
> Entry can be refused, without any refund, in case the above conditions are breached.
