The Sanskrit term "Visokam" means "free of anxieties." The Visokam Yog Food and Wellness Center was founded with the intention of trying to create a world free of suffering, illness, and misery. With the help of our services, we are continuously striving toward accomplishing this objective. We offer meditation, food, and lifestyle counseling, and yoga for mind-body wellbeing (for all age groups). We also want to work with people and organizations who have the same goals as us and who use alternative therapies or healing modalities.
