Our certified instructors specialize in teaching yoga to children. They use playful techniques, storytelling, and postures making the practice enjoyable. Children learn yoga poses and sequences that improve flexibility. They discover the power of mindfulness through breath awareness and relaxation. We also incorporate emotional intelligence exercises into our curriculum.
